Great value for money and a joy to deal with. Items arrived very well packed with on time delivery and friendly drivers. Contacted dispatch department early on in transaction and they were more than helpful with my delayed delivery request. When it arrived in the UK CFS contacted us with our delivery date and it was delivered on time and well packaged. Ordered an item beginning of February for delivery mid March.
Purchased from here as I needed the item ASAP and they were sooner than the competitors so I paid a little extra.
Then received an email confirming the due date. Followed by more emails every 2-3 days to keep me updated. The week before the item was due the date changed to a week later. Then the same happened again.
The emails stopped about 2 weeks ago (when the item was initially due) and I have tried chasing for an update only to be told it will be another few weeks.
I'll update my review if the item ever arrives but I would have gone with a different seller had I have known it wouldn't have been delivered in time.
Edited to confirm that i have already contacted customer services twice and have no idea still what's happening with my item

I did try telling the guy that 7.00am was a bit early for delivery but either he didn’t understand me? Or he chose not to understand me? So I just went a long with the delivery for 7.00am.
But on the whole 10/10!!!

Overall CFS were OK but far from ideal.
We ordered 2x wardrobes, arrived on time and delivery crew were really helpful..
...here comes the but......
But, when the wardrobes arrived they wouldn't fit through the bedroom door. Basically this is flat packed furniture that has been assembled, if it was still flat packed it would have been fine. We tried to reject the delivery but CFS wanted 30% of the order value (over £200) to take them back, they tried to spin a line that they are built to order.....and I was born yesterday.
In the end, as I didn't want the argument, we accepted delivery and I had to dismantle the wardrobes, to get them in the room, and put them back together again.
Not great but otherwise ok.

Absolutely delighted with the rauch wardrobes that we bought for our daughter. Regular updates provided and delivery was efficient.
My husband damaged a small piece whilst building, this was rectified quickly and a new part sent out free of charge.
