Cheryl Pertoni is a Facilitator for Cacao Ceremonies and is one of the few people in the UK to have been trained in the Cacaoista apprenticeship with Rebekah Shaman, and in Advanced Shamanic healing techniques. Cheryl is a qualified Usui Reiki 2 Master, former sports coach and passionate food expert, along with this she is applying this alimentary knowledge of understanding plant based nutrition, plant medicine and plant consciousness in her current work.

Since drinking Cacao everyday I have cleared emotional blocks and obstacles and I have learn’t how to let go of past trauma, now I can forgive often and love more. When I work with Cacao, she is now part of my being of service to others.

I have come to realise self preservation is a seed of commitment, it is a way of loving yourself.

If we learn to accept who we are and own all parts of ourselves, we can then step into our own power.

By simplifying your life and let go of the past that is no longer serving you, remembering to treat yourself with respect, love, kindness and compassion.

The act of living in the present moment we can be grateful for every experience, because every experience has a value. Trust your inner guidance and recognise distractions for what they are by becoming aware and trusting yourself.

If every conscious thought and action is from your heart, this will radiate outwards and attract connections with others that are in alignment with your life purpose, this will also help others to recognise who they truly are.
