Needed an emergency visit regarding fixing toilet .. rang a few plumbers that couldn’t attend that day. Rang Charlie and explained situation and he said as our only toilet he’d come out as soon as he could … arrived later in the day. Fixed toilet and installed other parts that it required. Also made another appointment for Charlie to install new bathroom taps which he was able to do within a couple of days. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to others.
