Q&As

Being able to share our love of Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation with others.

The dream of being able to teach Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation full-time.

Our sessions were voted most popular during the Mayor of London's "Wellness Week" held at City Hall, we ran sold out regular Tai Chi courses at the British Museum for the first time in the museum's history, and have developed highly effective training methods having taught hundreds if not thousands of students throughout London for over 10 years, from private one-to-one sessions to large group classes with over 60 students in attendance.

Of course! Lessons are available over Zoom / Skype / WhatsApp / FaceTime etc. at a time that suits you. Just get in touch for more information.

The majority of our classes are currently only available online, with occasional small group and private classes in parks within central London when it is safe to do so.
