We had a disco by Darren and Central Discos last night at my Mum’s Surprise 60th Party and it was great. A brilliant range of music and the lights and set up are amazing! Darren is very professional but is also very approachable and a pleasure to deal with. The younger guests had great fun on the dance floor with some of their own requests and the 70’s and dance music was perfect. Central Discos have just done a second school disco for us. Great selection of music and fab set up with disco lighting and bubble machine. We hired Central Discos for our Key stage 3 event. It was brilliant, the dance floor was constantly full. The DJ showed the kids the dance routines, making sure everyone could get involved! They all had a lot of fun!

We hired Central Discos for our wedding disco on 17/08/18 and it was such a good decision. They have a personalised service where you can choose the music you want to be played and songs you do not want to be played. Darren made sure that he met with us in plenty of time before the wedding to discuss the reception and how he could help and the order we wanted things done. The evening was fun and he kept people on the dance floor by playing music suitable for all of our guests. Everyone had a fun night and left with tired feet from dancing so much! My Husband and I decided to hire Darren for our wedding, we had heard many good things about his work, and wanted something good for our evening reception.
Darren was lovely throughout, great with communication, quick to respond to queries and questions. He basically dj’d an entirely personalised playlist that we and our guests had chosen. Nothing was too much!! The set looked great once set up, he did a Mr & Mrs game at the beginning of the night to draw in the guests ready for our first dance.. it was all perfect and ran smoothly and everybody had a thoroughly enjoyable evening!

This was the best kids disco ever!
Darren was absolutely brilliant from beginning with my booking, to the end when he emailed to follow up and asked if everyone had a great time.
I would highly recommend Darren and Central Discos.
I was organizing a disco for about 50 kids aged between 5 and 8 years and had no idea where to start. I googled 'IOW disco' and Central Disco's popped up. Its always a risk booking someone online and trusting them to do a good job when you don't know who they are but I was not disappointed.
Darren was professional and easy to work with and the booking process was easy and convenient. It was also great value for money.
They boys could email their music favourites and requests over to Darren before the event and he played all their favourite tunes.
During the disco he had organized games and competitions all great fun and easy for the age group to all participate. It was like booking a party organizer without all the hassle.
I would definitely book Darren again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. More...
