So I rang up earlier in the week and the next appointment they had was today which was fine and I booked it in from 1-5 today. Nobody has turned up at all and I’ve already payed my money, I have tried to call, online chat, email and WhatsApp and they are completely impossible to get into contact with. Really nice lads who came to lay the rat traps & then came back again around 2 weeks later as agreed. Only issue, just had a few minor issues with trying to keep informed with their timings with the office (however we do have to take into account that we are going through a pandemic, so therefore I will give them the benefit of doubt of people working from home probably wasn’t always easy)

A quick response to original enquiry. Easy to book appointments. A polite and professional service.

I requested a roof wasp nest removal. The quoted price was three times the other quote I got. No contest!

They still have one visits to carry out, but the problem still exists and has not even been able to identify what kind of rodent it is. I am seriously concerned that I had paid a big lump sum for nothing. More...

Very quick service and knowledgeable staff. Also incredibly good value for money - Rentokil wanted 4x the price. CCS will be back this week to check the rat traps so we can decide if further treatments are needed.

Honestly, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and REFRAIN from them at all costs! If i could put a zero or minus rating i would have done that! !They are an aggressive and misleading company with unprofessional mannerism of staff members(Charlea James) that do not know how to conduct themselves with customers. They mis sell their services and when you call back to cancel that's when their true colours come out, shouting at customers and using abusive statements, language and putting the phone down on you, as well as threatening customers!! The sales assistant threatened my husband and kept putting the phone down on him.Please please please whatever you do they are not worth it, there are plenty of other genuine nice companies out there that know how to treat their customers and or prospective customers. From when a company asks for payment in advance without stipulating any terms and conditions during payment and when the invoice is sent etc or have provided any service that is when red flags should sound... I unfortunately made that mistake! and will never do that again!I am not one to give reviews etc but for this company and it's staff i had to warn other people as it's a definite NO GO!! I will be taking them to the Ombudsmen and taking things further. Terrible company, terrible customer service especially from the sales assistant Charlea James soo so rude. i can't believe such bogus companies still exist! livid! Seemed really great initially. Came back a second time when the wasps weren't killed. Agreed to a third time when they still weren't dealt with, but just didn't turn up. Booked a fourth appointment, didn't turn up again. Took the money but didn't complete the job and just tried to make excuses for failing to appear instead of actually taking responsibility for messing us about.
