My name is Conn Jordan and I’m a personal trainer based in St Albans. Working out of a gym in the town centre I can help you lose weight, get healthy and feel great.

I work with all levels, from complete beginners through to semi-professional athletes, tailoring workouts to focus on your personal goals.

Personal Trainers

Jordan is a great PT. I only ever intended on training with him in the build up to my wedding but I’ve enjoyed it so much I’ve carried on :) Whatever your fitness goals are, Jordan will help you get there and will make it fun in the process! Highly recommend.

I've struggled with motivation and results for years but it's different when your PT sees it as more than a job.
Conn works hard to get to know you, what results you want, and how to get the best out of you. He gets if you're having a bad day and will always adapt the training to your mood and fatigue. He'll go the extra mile to work around your schedule and genuinely cares.
I've trained in the city for years with people who only care about the paycheck and frankly, now, won't train with anyone else but him.

Personal Trainers

Conn is a reliable, friendly and approachable PT, happy to flex to the needs of his clients.
For example: I train with my partner as a pair, Conn adapts our sessions to our different needs, he has helpfully kept training us outdoors rather than moving to the gym, and he is responsive to feedback when we want to change the focus of our sessions.
Would recommend for people looking to integrate some PT into their overall workout routine.

If you're looking for an experienced, results driven personal trainer, I would highly recommend Conn. I've been working with him for almost a year now and he's really helped me achieve my goals and continues to push me further.

He always has a routine for me fully planned out and is always checking my technique to ensure i get the best result and that I dont injure myself. I'm now lifting heavier weights than ever and seeing a noticeable difference in my strength and physique.

Conn is a great motivator, really encouraging, gets results and I also have a great laugh with him which is a bonus!

I trained with Conn for 10 months, up until I went travelling with clear goals to tone up and build muscle and the changes I saw in those months were incredible! Conn and I discussed what I wanted to get out of these sessions at the very beginning and during the process he was completely dedicated and passionate in helping me achieve these goals. I learned a variety of exercises with him that I was also able to incorporate into my own routines and having his guidance and knowledge was so helpful. I actually looked forward to our sessions as I knew this was when I’d really test myself as well as have a laugh with him. I loved working with Conn. I started with Conn about 18 months after ACL surgery. He helped me build my confidence and strength to return to football. We worked hard but always had fun!

Conn is a highly motivated trainer who matches his enthusiasm for his work with his knowledge of exercise. Like many people in the gym, I was struggling to improve and had plateaued. After a few sessions with Conn, I noticed massive improvements in my cardiovascular fitness and overall strength. The sessions were varied and despite being a member of gyms for over a decade, I was introduced to new exercises and different ways to work out. Conn is the best! I was always reluctant to use a personal trainer because I thought I had a good routine of my own at the gym but how wrong I was! Conn was able to work with me to get my own routines tailored to my goals and also made me realise that I had not been pushing myself enough. He makes the sessions really fun & different each time. He sets realistic goals whilst still pushing me! He is clearly passionate what he does and his enthusiasm is infectious. Five stars ! Quality training sessions. I was out the gym for about a year and really wanted to get back to being fit.
I was really struggling without some professional guidance. Then i started with C jordan Jordan fitness and from the very start i knew this was the guy to get my where i needed to be.
My first session i pushed my self to hard and felt really ill, but he really made me feel comfortable and we finished the session and i was proud that i didn't quit.
He really adjusts the program to suit what i needed and pushed myself everytime. Can't recommend enough.
