I am a business owner, who started the carrier from very basic barista job in a caffe and worked my way up the ladder through various roles to management and into a senior management. I worked with many different people - ages, cultures, backgrounds, social statuses too. I created amazing large and small teams and taught them to work together as one. I worked for worldwide companies, franchise partners and small businesses, watching and learning while working alongside amazing leaders, taking in the tips of their success and failures. Over time I developed strategies and methods, which when applied at the sites I worked at, brought nothing but success every time. I learned that there is nothing more important than having people at the heart of everything you do. And in my 20 years management carrier this drive, this motive, this investment - prooved to be the most successful of all!
