How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Lots of motivational talk, creating rapport with clients, consistent and pre planned training schedules, choosing safe exercises appropriate to the client as well as fun and enjoyable exercises too in relation to the clients preference and feedback.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding something that you enjoy doing and can work around your own lifestyle, creating a nutrition plan you can follow and putting safety first.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, inspiring others, helping people achieve their fitness goals, seeing people develop into a healthier human being physically and mentally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been active in various sports most of my life. I've played competitive football, cricket, swimming, MMA, Golf and Badminton. I also have 10 years of gym experience in free weights, bodyweight workouts and machines. I chose PT because its the career I think I can contribute to society most.
Why should our clients choose you?
I can offer PT sessions for people who want build strength, build size and endurance. I have a lot of experience in various physical activities and have knowledge of different exercises from bodyweight, free weights and machines. I also have a home mobility gym set I can travel so you can benefit from free weights at home without a gym if you do not wish to get a membership. I can also offer helpful tips on nutrition and cooking methods on the side as I have a lot of chef experience too.

Yes. I am happy to do sessions online, outdoors or at home or in a gym environment. But if you wish to do online training I am happy to do sessions on zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Consistently wearing a face mask and access alcoholic hand gel on me to use upon arrival. Willing to take tests frequently.

I can also offer helpful tips on nutrition, cooking techniques and methods so your nutrition plan doesn't have to be full of avacado salads and chicken, rice and brocoli.
