I am a project manager specialising in high-end refurbishment works, extensions and loft conversions. I needed a team to help me complete a project that was a 'back to brick' development and enlisted the services of Built-To-Last Construction. From the start of the project the can do attitude of the workers and their excellent work ethic, meant that the project was in good hands. From the point of starting work, to completion was exactly three months (Refurbishment, Renovate whole house, Loft conversion and Extension completed together) and the guys even worked through some of the most difficult weather conditions imaginable. I would be happy to recommend Built-To-Last Construction to anyone who is looking to bark on a major large scale extension and house refurbishment. Mine was pretty much a redo of the whole house and building a large extension. The team was professional and I felt well engaged and updated at all times. My project supervisor/manager Bud was a superstar. Even during the COVID lockdown initial days when supplies were difficult and labour scarce he was upbeat and made me feel like i was his top priority client . This might sound like a fake review (isn't) but genuinely very positive experience with Built-To-Last Construction. Wasn't a massive job - a side return of a terraced house in South London which took around four months in total. They were really efficient and helpful through it all; the whole process was very well run by their project manager; the end result was great and they didn't bust our budget. The only extras were things which I felt were justified and at no point did I feel ripped off. The work was done quickly and efficiently. All in all very pleased after hearing quite a few nasty stories from neighbours using other building companies about their experience. More...
