We called B.T property maintenance regarding an emergency leak we noticed coming in around the chimney, they provided a free quotation, showed evidence of the problem in hand, we had 2 other quote on the same day that tried to worry me and my partner into thinking it was something a lot bigger than originally thought, we decided to go with B.T as they was the only company that provided photographs as evidence and fixed the chimney for us the following day, thanks for fitting us in so promptly, we will be recommended you and your team!

William came round and replaced some broken tiles that were causing a leak and unblocked my gutters very nice guy arrived on time and did the work for a reasonable price would be happy to recommend and I would use him again.
