I would rather not say too many nice things about Broomhill - I want to keep it a secret! It is a lovely hotel with great attention to detail, with attentive staff, and an accomplished chef in the restaurant. Set in a wooded Devonshire valley with the enchanting sculpture gardens, it is a magical place. More...

A beautifully relaxed hotel with plenty of plus points. Surroundings are enchanting for those that love art and a taste of culture. Food is something that they pride themselves upon and it does not disappoint and finally the team behind the scenes that deliver the perfect experience. More...

What an amazing day at Broomhill Estate
for the Art and Music festival- what a delight ♥️
We had such a warm welcome on arrival.
Then took stroll around the lush gardens with the kids, admiring the art sculptures then warmed up with a coffee whilst being spoilt by the awesome bands with their ambient music in the sunshine 🌞 plus a seafood BBQ!
Broomhill had it all going on today and we loved it- thank you!!
Inside the art deco hotel it is simply stunning, I've seen the rooms online too which are something else 🤩
If you haven't paid them a visit yet, it's a must! Or pay us a visit in Devon and book a stay here.

Super find. Food beautifully presented and tasting. Staff are wonderful. Gardens are great to walk around even on a soggy December day. Certainly aim to return when gardens are in bloom. More...

Visited in 2018 and again in Sept 2021. Turn over of sculptures was impressive but gardens over grown and need cutting back to facilitate sculpture visibility. Had afternoon tea which was cheap but very poor quality dry scones for both plain and cheese versions. Go for the sculpture but skip the afternoon tea. More...

My husband and I visited yesterday. The sculpture gardens are amazing--we were both awed by the abundance and variety of sculptures! We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant afterwards, and that was perfect, too. We'll be back! More...

We had a good wander around the sculpture gardens. They have a beautiful range of sculptures and it was so interesting to see all the different art styles. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the cafe was lovely. Just a warning that it can get a bit muddy and steep but its worth it for the peaceful forest trails. Its like a whole magical world and feels a world away from the roads More...
