Brett’s serviced my boiler today, such a lovely lad and very competent. He even did a check on the gas hob, which he explained he should do as part of gas checks. I never knew this and it’s not something my previous boiler engineer did. He filled out my boiler service history book and gave me an official boiler service check form. I got Brett in to service my boiler after he helped me out when I had a leak on my shower, which he fixed along with replacing a thermostat on my radiator. At this time he found an issue with the water feed to the boiler and fixed that too. Brett answered my messages promptly and came out that same week. Unlike my original boiler engineer who ignored my messages. His loss, and my gain I would say.
