Suzie Bogle is the Managing Director and owner of Breathing Space HR and is renowned as a specialist for hard to fix employee issues and complex case management working closely with legal advisors of clients on casework and Employment Tribunals.

Suzie made a brave leap from the corporate world in 2006 to launch Breathing Space HR as a one-woman band. The turning point came 5 years ago, when she made the decision to invest further in building Breathing Space HR, into what is now a thriving, dynamic small business that employs 10 people.
