What’s your signature dish?
Bombay Luxe's signature dish is the lamb pilau rice. This is a flavorful rice dish that is cooked with fragrant spices, tender pieces of lamb, and caramelized onions. The rice is cooked in stock, which gives it a rich and savory flavor, and is seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices such as cumin, cinnamon, and cardamom.
