Craig helped me and now wife prepare for our wedding. It was postponed due to the Covid restrictions, and the lockdowns weren’t kind to us. I’ve known craig since we were at school, so I got in touch and asked for his help. We had a video call set and we explained what we wanted to achieve. Craig then told us what he could get us to achieve. We didn’t believe what he was saying we could achieve would be possible in the time frame we had. 4 months later and following his advice word for word I lost 3 stone! Pictures is before and after. Way more than I was expecting to lose. My whole body shape changed. His guidance and encouragement throughout the whole process was absolutely spot on. We had weekly check ins and Craig was always very positive and kept us hungry for more results. We are are now starting our next journey with Craig preparing for a holiday in Ibiza. I have taken my daughter a couple of times to see Dale and I would highly recommend, the service is 100% from booking an appointment to the support after initial consultation. Dale listen to our concerns both from a parents and a child’s perspective which I feel was really important. I had a very emotional teenager who was worried her current knee problem would impact her future career, Alongside talking to us about what was causing her pain and a aftercare plan Dale took the time to get to know my daughter and her future plans which helped reassure my daughter and reduce any anxieties she was facing. I had my first ever sports massage with Andrew today and now feel very relaxed and in alot less pain! After running the marathon a few weeks ago I had pain in and around my knee as well as tightness all over my body. I'm a total beginner to running and so I don't really know how to heal and look after myself after running such long distances. Andrew was very easy to talk to and we had a good laugh! - making me feel alot more comfortable. He was very professional and informative and explained everything clearly to me so I could understand everything. My biggest regret is not booking Hardiman Performance sooner!I have seen countless professionals over the past 7 years and when I met Dale for the first time I knew at last I was I was in good hands! Dales ability and knowledge is incredible and finally after just a couple of months I am able to do things I haven't in 7years and I am practically pain free!Dale is great at educating you and explaining things so you really understand them. Not sure where to start. Honestly can't thank enough! After trying countless soloutions to my 'unknown' back pain that got me very down for approx 1 year and half, from the very first session I had with Dale I walked out with a big smile on my face due to sense of relief trust and confidence I had of finding somone that's going to put my back problem right. A few months down the line of treatment Dale has rid my back pain and given me back my confidence again, I'm feeling like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Dale has been very helpful not with treatment alone but has also taken care of personal issues i.e. Writing letters and emails where required. A real credit to the business, great professional and easy going guy. My feeling is this would be the general consensus amoungst all clients. Just completed a 10 week Active Spin Course. Thank you to everyone at Hardiman Performance. When I had my 1st assessment I struggled to do basic stretches and exercises due to back and leg pain. 10 weeks later and what a difference! Active spine has ended and I have learnt a lot about my back and what my limits are. Things I thought I shouldn't do I can actually do. And even though I had an MRI which turned up no problems doing the correct excerices and shown my Andrew i have been able to get back to the gym and enjoying being active again. Highly recommended Dale!!! I had very bad back problem I couldn't walk..sit...sleep...and I had weeks to recovery before my trip to Ibiza for my bday party . .lol Dale told me the problem I have will take 12 weeks to recovery...
