I offer energy healing sessions using a variety of energy healing methods I have trained in over several years. My favourite energy healing methods are based on Barbara Brennan (you can find out more about her in-depth energy healing approach through her book 'Hands of Light') and Bio-Energy Healing, but what I specifically use depends on your particular needs, as everyone is different.

At the start of a session I usually ask you to lie down on my therapy table fully clothed, while I energetically connect various parts of your body to improve energy flow and gradually help you sink into a deep state of relaxation. You may feel various sensations of cold or tingling in your body, or fall asleep, or feel emotional. Whatever your response, I make sure you feel safely held as you are going through your own process.

Once you are feeling completely safe, I start removing blockages from your energy field; these blockages often cause aches and pain, and general feelings of being ‘stuck’. I also use techniques designed to strengthen your energetic boundaries, so you become more grounded and centred in yourself rather than feeling anxious, stressed out, and at the mercy of outside influences. Throughout the session, I answer any questions you may have and help you gain insight into how you can use your unique energy system with greater ease and grace.

I am also passionate about teaching, and often run small-group energy workshops in my healing space, focusing on various aspects relating to energy work and the way you can apply it for self-healing in a wide range of circumstances, eg. anxiety, stress, wanting to lose weight, emotional pain, relationship problems, feeling a need for spiritual connection etc. During healing sessions, I also teach clients simple self-healing tools, so they can gradually improve their ability to manage their own energy in-between sessions and beyond.

My healing space is comfortable and welcoming, and I use it full-time, usually allowing plenty of time in-between my healing slot so clients don't feel rushed out of the door as soon as the healing is over. Also, I spend lots of time making sure the energy in that space is clean and of a high vibration, so it can contribute to a deeply healing experience; clients often comment on how healing the space itself feels, like an oasis of peace. It is located in Dalmarnock, about 10 minutes walk from the train station.
