Q&As

I love the attention to detail and making sure my work is functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I worked in private education for 17 years before being made redundant. It was at that point that, with the support of my whole family, I took the opportunity to gain official qualifications in something that had previously been a bit of a hobby.
I chose to start off with plumbing and I will progress onto renewable energies, gas and electricity as time goes on.
The biggest plus point about being self employed is the ability to plan work around my family needs.

One of my previous roles in education was quality assurance, this means I have excellent attention to detail. You will not find a wonky sink, wobbly bath or uneven taps when I have finished your job.

When quoting for a job I will request pictures or even a video call before coming to site, this will reduce contact time and allow me to get a clear idea of what needs to be completed. When working in a customers home I will wear a face mask during our interactions if requested.
Windows or doors will be opened in the work area where possible.
