What do you love most about your job?
I love working and helping people to feel better. Holistic therapies working on so many levels of our well being, I love seeing people's mood and presence are lifted after session.
I love my work because its a great tool to build happy and balanced life and provide an extra support for the body and mind in challenging, stressful life situations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my late 20s I have experienced emotional, mental and physical effects of stress, like muscular pains and aches, daily headaches, sinus infections and frequent colds, anxiety and very low moods.
I decided to take a chance and went for Reflexology workshop to help myself in finding a natural and safe way to relieve stress and tension. Reflexology massage made me feel so relaxed and better! Two months later I was Reflexology student and never looked back. Starting my own business was challenging and rewarding experience and I am still on the way to self development and deepening my skills.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient massage art of applying pressure to reflex areas on the foot. There are around 7200 reflexes ( nerve endings ) on each foot, which correspond to every gland, organ and body part. Those can be also found on the palm of the hand and face. Reflexology therapist see the foot as map of the body, for example the big toe represents head, base of bit toe – the neck and so on.
By stimulating those areas using compression techniques we create direct response in the body and encourage the opening and clearing of neural pathways, supporting the body to return to its natural rhythms.

Reiki is hands on Japanese art of energy healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation.It's simple, natural ans safe method of spiritual healing and self development that everyone can benefit from.
Reiki is based on principle that there is a unseen “life force energy” flowing around us and through your bodies. When persons energy is low, they more tend to become ill or stressed. Reiki can help to clear energy blockages on physical, emotional and mental levels to boots person's general health and well being.
It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to revive side effects and promote recovery.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion and there is nothing you must believe in order to receive Reiki.
To receive Reiki treatment you will be fully clothed* and asked to lie down on massage couch in supported comfortable position, covered with blanket to keep you warm. Its a non touch treatment when practitioner will start slowly placing their hands around 15 cm away from your body, starting from the head moving down to the feet. You may feel progressive relaxation, floating feelings, hot or cold sensations in the body or you may simply fall asleep.
