I love helping clients to achieve their goals , I know how great it feels to achieve something you have worked so hard for. All my programmes are individualised and I also put a lot of emphasis on healthy eating as this often plays a big part in achieving your goals. I like to make sure my workout and nutrition programmes are enjoyable and manageable, I think this is so important because it has to be something that the client is able to keep on doing week in, week out to make sure they see results!

Getting the balance of the correct nutrition and exercise is key for getting the body you want. If you can get these right then you will have the body you have always dreamed of! Eating healthy does not have to be boring, I will help give you ideas of great meal ideas that taste amazing and are also nice and healthy. Fuelling your body correctly is probably more important than the actual workout!

I love seeing people making progress and achieve their dreams that they never thought were possible.

Having always been a runner myself, and knowing how amazing it feels to achieve your goals, I have always wanted to help others to achieve their goals and dreams, I enjoy encouraging people and helping people, so this gave me the idea of starting my own personal training business.

Being a Team GB athlete I train a lot myself so I have a lot of experience in training and nutrition. I also work with one of the worlds best strength and conditioning coaches so I have a lot of experience in this area. I will always make sure that the client gets exactly what they want from my training programmes and achieves their goals. I will always ensure their training fits into their busy lives and can always be adapted if needed. I will always be on the other side of the phone or email to make any changes the client may need to make to their programme. I also design online training programmes where I provide the client with daily schedules, nutrition plans and much more. I also like to provide unlimited contact with clients as I think its important to get as much feedback as possible with how the workout went.
