Belinda called me, gave me the cost & then cancelled (by text) saying her car had broken down. I just went online only to see that someone has left her feedback for another job when mine was due, so obviously no car issues ! I had to do the whole clean out myself (3 beds/3 bathrooms & two main rooms/halls) after doing a full house move that day (I needed to be out that day), so I was shattered to say the least after I finished at 2am ! Hello Trevor, I am really sorry that you felt let down by me.. I agreed with you on the 8th of March to carry out an end of lease clean on the 25th of March. Unfortunately I had a major issue with my car on the 9th and the first thing I did was to I let you know on the same day as soon as I was aware of the problem that I wouldn't be able to carry out the cleaning for you on the 25th. I hoped by letting you know on the 9th would be plenty of time for you to find somebody else... I gave you a good 2 wks notice!!! No one can predict any problems that may arise whether it be car issues or health etc. And I would never purposly let anyone down without good reason. I did explain everything in full detail by text and apologized saying that what's happened couldnt be helped and that it was out of my control and I hoped you'd understand and find someone who could help you. All of my customers are aware of my car issues and have been very understandinding and supportive.. Also, the last review showing was for work carried out long before the date I agreed to carry out your work so I don't really understand that part or why you are saying it was on the day I should've worked for you. Anyone who knows me knows I'm 100% reliable and honest I'm sorry again for how you feel but I honestly felt giving 2 wks notice wouldve been plenty of time for you to find help. Take care Bel

Honestly the best person I've ever had clean for me. Has done one off end of tenancy cleans and regular cleans. Incredibly hard working and conscientious, always goes the extra mile and treats properties as though they were her own.
