Starting my own therapy practise was me listening to myself. It was my dream for many years.
Being a therapist is me Being True To Myself. Helping people to live a happier healthier life is my vocation, it is not a job.

Because I have many years experience of working with a variety of emotional difficulties ranging from mild to more complex.

Services

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy deals with your current problems in the here and now. It looks how your thoughts and behaviour interact to keep the problem going.
Hypnotherapy is used as a complementary treatment to focus your attention and accepting the positive suggestions to boost the feelings of confidence and self-belief while reducing the feelings of worry.

Depression can make you feel like you are living in a prison. It is a sense of loss of hope and loneliness. If you are struggling you may have a complete lack of interest in anyone or anything.

Depression can take over your life, but there is hope.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk through your feelings. The closeness of the relationship will help you to understand yourself and your depression. To identify the underlying courses and discover enjoyment again.

Self-esteem is the opinion we hold about ourselves.
It is the pride we have in ourselves and the feeling that we are worthy. You may feel unlovable, awkward or even useless. You may also lack self-confidence.

Counselling will help you to build up your self-esteem. It takes courage, but with your therapist you will work through your issues and identify the under lying causes.

You will start to explore the things you don't like about yourself, and to make the positive changes.

To appreciate your qualities to have a better relationship with yourself. To live the life you want.
