Firstly let me address Premier Bathrooms promises on install dates which kept being put back. On the plus side our fitter Richard Large arrived and immediately started in a thorough professional manner and removed the old bathroom. When it came to tiling he proved he was an artist with exceptional attention to detail which resulted in an amazing quality finish. He did finish in the quoted 8-10 days ( on the eighth day ) and even managed to do remedial plasterwork which should been done by the electricians! The site was left clean and tidy removing all rubbish.This would have been a five star review if all contractors were as good as Richard. More...

This first part of my review is VERY positive and warrants 5 stars BUT we are waiting for work to be satisfactorily completed by electricians and Karndean Flooring fitter after a few hiccups! !Therefore only 3 stars atm!PART1Showroom was very tempting and offered inspiring choices.Mark the design consultant was excellent, listening to our needs and offering solutions, colour matching advice and a professional friendly service for our new en-suite. Simon the surveyor followed this professional approach and was very helpful getting back to us quickly to discuss a couple of changes. We were given a time schedule of events that began very well.Richard Large the builder and Kris,his assistant , were excellent taking out the old suite, disposing of it the same day, and fitting the new en-suite and tiles to a very high professional standard. Richard kept in close contact with us about his schedule, consulted us throughout to ensure we were happy, tidied both inside and out at the end of each day and was reliable and trustworthy.Can"t praise them enough.The sticking point at the moment is the speed of the remaining work to be completed by the electricians and flooring fitter and if we are informed about this.Watch this space!PART 2Once Angie got Martin to coordinate with the electricians and Karndean fitter, the outstanding work was soon complete and Martin sorted dates out quickly. From planning to installation, everything ran smoothly. Premier was not the cheapest quote but the quality and work is to a very high standard. The fitter was amazing, worked tirelessly and tidied up after himself. Couldn't fault anyone, the designer, surveyor, electrician and plasterer all made it a near painless experience. Planning to use Premier again for the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. More...

Ref: PKB136315 en-suite From planning and design to installation everything went smoothly except for the toilet, this was missing from the order, but was rectified free of charge, or so we thought? I cancelled the decorating of the walls to save a little money but this was not reimbursed and taken in to account with the cost of toilet, not very impressed by the outcome of this to say the least!Putting this issue aside, Richard and his team worked hard, clean and tidy and polite,the finish was to a very high standard to be proud of,no complaints at all.We had other quotes that came out cheaper but Premier install quality furnishings and this reflected our decision to go ahead with Premier , as the saying goes "You get what you pay for" also Mark our planner could make our shower bigger unlike other quotes.We have been using our en-suite for 6 weeks now and are very happy with the end result, like a 5star hotel !We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier in the future More...

We have had a brand new bathroom suite fitted by Premier and it looks absolutely amazing!!Mark the designer did a fabulous job. I told him I wanted a bathroom suite that looked like it belonged in a 5* boutique hotel and his design showed exactly that! When we met with him we chose our tiles and it was count down for the work to start!Richard and his team turned up when they said they would and they worked so hard! They literally didn't stop whilst they were here!They were all so polite and tidy! They covered the flooring with dust sheets and the workmanship is fantastic! Top quality!Our bathroom suite is absolutely stunning and Richard and his team of people are such perfectionists (as am I). The Tiling is absolutely perfect!The flooring looks amazing, (Thank you Mark for fitting the flooring), and the Electrician Dominic again did a fab job installing the mirror and extractor fan.Thank you so much premier! I won't go anywhere else!Next stop is extension, kitchen and WC! More...

I had a new bathroom. Here the experience I had:
I walk into you Peterborough show room one day just to have a look. I needed a new bathroom for a few years now but not sure what to do.
Annette greeted me and I booked an appointment with your designer Mark. At that point as was at no pressure in buying anything. Mark came to our house took not of the long list of requirement I have. At the end of that week met with Mark again. He got me just right. His design was beautiful. With stilll no pressure to buy, we finalise and I decided to go ahead with it all. The surveyed came and make a few very useful recommendation, I wanted the biggest cabinet which would have restricted the space for the loo. We had then this lovely fitter call Steve, who check everyday if we were happy with the progress of our bathroom. Customer service call us to let us know of a change of an appointment giving plenty notice. The floor layer, plasterer, electrician, the person who came to paint, all extremely lovely, accommodating that sometime I needed to stop them so that my 3 years old could use the loo. Everything is done, everything is beautiful and I never had such a great experience in my life. I will recommend your business and will use your business again. Everyone was so lovely, I never felt pressure at any point, and always felt that it was about what I wanted. I now love my bathroom and not a shame of it! thank you, thank you, thank you everyone!!!
