I love being part of the Barkingside Art Club and thankful to Eliyah Qureshi for starting it up. The creative meet ups gives local artists a chance to come together, to network and collaborate on projects. The last project we were involved in was The Big Draw 2017 at Fullwell Cross library. It was a great day for families to come along and draw together. The space at Fullwell Cross library is an ideal space for the local artists to exhibit their artwork and hold workshops. It gives an platform for artists such as myself to exposure their talents and give back to the community. I think that the Barkingside Art Club can bring future creative events to the high street and injection more art and culture within the local community. More...
