Done a Box fit class with Alex, Brilliant session focused a lot on technique mixed with body weight circuits found it fun and gets you to work hard at the same time. Really enjoyed the session.

Alex kept us healthy and sane during lockdown by his excellent online training sessions on the Fridays. Always something new, varied exercises and rather intense combo's to work the whole body, even when the time was limited.

I’ve been working with Alex and Baraka Training for the last couple of years and I am very pleased with them and the results. He is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable, committed and fun to work with. I enjoy the multiple training routines adapted to my goals. I’ve been working with Baraka for a while now and the trainers have taken the time to personalise the sessions for my needs.

I’m 50 and have developed core strength for my back condition and overall muscle tone, fitness and weight loss. Really enjoy the boxing that was new to me and have learned some good technique as well as finding it’s a great stress buster!

Different PTs at Baraka bring their own skills and personalities so it’s nice to mix it up a bit and keep it fresh. Highly recommend them.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge of Baraka Training. The trainers take the time to explain why certain exercises have been chosen what what muscles are being targeted.

When I am consistent, I see the results! There is a fine balance between pushing you and but not to the point you can't work out again for a few days. I have definitely gotten stronger and more tone through the workouts. It is also great that they come to you which limits my tendency to get lazy and not go.

We use a movement screen and fitness testing to assess your current fitness level and develop a training plan in accordance with your goals and ability.

Regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet. More specifically, the best results are achieved when training is specific to your goals and fitness level. A sound program will emphasise different physical qualities in an order so that individual training phases potentiate each other.

Having spent many years as a competitive athlete and 10 years in the army. I love to pass on some of the skills I have learned to keep myself in top physical condition.

We provide a holistic service including professional training program design and delivery, nutrient analysis and diet plans, body composition and fitness testing including movement screens and therapy services.
