How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Educate customers with internal room space once, explain the issues regards party wall, any trees close to the grage would have impact on the footing requirements. Windows and lighting requirements for the garage conversion. Also assess if any manhole and water sewage pipes may be relocated.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Head height to be decided to ensure there is adequate room and spac for proper stair case. Also would to midful about hib to gable roof to create extra space for stairs and possibly a bathroom in loft.

Design - when you design consider head heights requirements for steps and staircase. Also you would need to ensure a minimum 800 by 800mm landing space and fire door with fire strip.
