That we get to help people get better at work.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to take control of the standards and improve quality. I couldn't do that as a small cog in a big wheel, so i started with a friend and we've grown it to where it is today - a business that we're both incredibly proud of that delivers great, high-quality work for people.
