Structural warranty insurance
We can provide you with a council of mortgage lenders 10 year structural warranty insurance through one of our partners. We carry out stage inspections to confirm compliance of building regulations. For your new build, conversion, or extension build or any new build within the last 10 years that has a building control completion certificate.
Building control inspections
We can carry out your building control function, through one of our Approved Inspector (private building control) partners. Similar to the warranty inspections yet more frequent and we carry out a plan check and plan submission.
Residential structural design
We can provide all design and calculations required for wall removals such as extensions, 'wall knock throughs' etc. Also calculations for your new structural openings such as windows and door openings on your architects plans.
Design and Specification
We are experienced at minor design projects like refurbishment, change of use, defect remediation. We use NBS specifications with drawings etc in conjunction with Schedules of work and standard industry contract forms
Project Management
We can project manage on your behalf and get your building work completed to the standard, budget and quality desired. All services from pre contract to post contract are covered.
