I recently attended one of Matt and Amy’s Health and Wellness retreats with my other half, and we both thoroughly enjoyed every moment. It was such an inspiring and insightful weekend, full of informative workshops and delicious food. We were given a lovely welcome, with some little gifts in our room, and were immediately made to feel at home. Amy is an amazing yoga teacher, challenging us to try new things and push ourselves, without overdoing it. She helps and guides you through each movement to make sure you’re doing it properly and led us through a super relaxing sound bath, which was a new experience for most. Matt has a wealth of knowledge in all things health and wellness. I personally took a lot from the nutrition workshop, being somebody who is transitioning to a plant based diet myself. He thoroughly explained all the nutrients we should be getting and how to get them, some of which I realised I definitely wasn’t getting enough of. I’ve made those changes and can already feel a difference in myself, even after 1 week! There’s so much more I haven’t mentioned - the wimhoff breathing, the cold water immersion, more of that scrumptious food! The list goes on... I would highly recommend one of these retreats if you’re into health and wellness or looking for a bit of a refresh. I can honestly say I have a whole new outlook on life. We had a fantastic time at the Atlas weekend retreat with Matt and Amy. The food was amazing, keeping us well fed throughout the weekend, and it was great to learn more about plant based eating. Amy is a fabulous yoga instructor and the workshops were interesting for those into health and wellness. Last weekend myself and a friend went to one of Matt and Amy's health and wellness retreats! We were very well looked after, we stayed in a lovely house in the Sussex country side, it was a great escape and destress from london life to be surrounded by so much nature! The weekend was full of so many activities as well as the option to relax, lots of knowledgable workshops, amazing yoga classes, sound baths, we even got to sit in an ice bucket (which wasn't as bad as I thought when taught how to breath!). My favourite part of the retreat though has to be the food, just wow, we were fed so well with delicious homemade plant based food! Thank you guys for such a great weekend! ✨✨✨ More...

A massive thank you to Matt any Amy for having Georgina and myself at their first retreat. They are the most welcoming hosts and we were really taken care of all weekend. We were fed delicious and nutritionally balanced plant based food and expertly guided through well thought out clinics and workshops run by people at the top of their game. Matt is a wealth of knowledge of all things fitness, wellbeing and nutrition and I thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s yoga sessions and the mesmerising sound bath. The entire weekend was a truly enriching experience full of unforgettable moments. I Came away feeling much calmer and armed with some great knowledge to help with my personal progression.
