A unique venue located in Ashton-under-Lyne just off the M60. we have two exclusive dining halls for hire, "The Conservatory" which holds up to 250 guests and our grand exquisite chandelier lit "Banquet suite" which holds up to 400 guests. We offer high class service and delicious food made to a high standard.

Fought here in a boxing show a week ago, was disappointed that had to strip and change in the conservatory and there were no shower facilities but apart from that, it was a nice and clean place

Slow Roast shank of Lancashire lamb, with redcurrant and pan glazed jus
Pancetta wrapped “herb fed” chicken breast Stuffed with sundried tomatoes and Mascarpone
Seared Halibut with lemon, caper and dill sauce
Open ravioli of roast butternut squash, pumpkin and ricotta with tomato and garlic sauce
All served with seasonal country vegetables and choice of Potatoes
