What inspired you to start your own business?
As a previously frustrated landlord, I started Argyle Property Associates to provide the service I expected without all the hidden fees.

We use world class credit and reference checking providers to ensure you have the pick of the best tenants.
Photographs and Floorplans
Need Photos? Our professional grade photography service will put your property in the best light. We can even digitally furnish your property if it is empty leading to far more enquiries.
No Floorplan, no worries. We can sort this for you too.

Maintenance
The moment a tenant has a maintenance issue they can log it in our award winning third party ap. We can then address this immediately and send contractors from our list of approved trades for quotes and fixes, all with your approval, all at the touch of a button.
Compliance
The rules change a lot, and there are a lot of rules. Rest assured we have you covered so you'll never be caught out.
Rent Collection
Having found a tenant, we'll collect and protect your deposit and collect the rent for the duration of the tenancy. We will also chase any initial arrears for you should these ever occur.
Full Management
With full management, everything is taken care of. We'll have found you a great tenant and have already sorted out the monthly rent takings.
From there if there is ever an issue at the property we'll take care of it for you. This gives total peace of mind and is our most popular service.
