They responded quickly to my request for help in making a bird and wildlife friendly garden. Although I live a long way from their northern base the distance wasn't an issue. I sent photos and a draft design with measurements and a planting plan came back after consultation with their expert. He then came and installed the garden. I was looking to have a veranda fitted to the back of my house, and after searching online for a number of weeks, I came across Arbour Living. I spoke to one of the partners, Neil, who could not have been any more helpful in all the questions I asked. He explained everything simply and in detail as to what would suit us best, and we then ordered the Kempton veranda. On completion of our veranda being built by Neil, Ben and Daniel, we cannot recommend highly enough from start to finish how professional Arbour Living has been. We have just used Arbour to transform our rear garden which had become extremely boring. It's early days yet as the planting has only just been completed. The company is extremely professional and passionate about their work and we are looking forward to seeing the plants grow and flower over the seasons. We've just had the most amazing installation by Arbour Living! Completely love it and would highly recommend to anyone looking into getting an indoor/outdoor feeling living space.
