Personal Trainers

I started with Austen over a month ago. I wasn’t expecting much to be fair but from the first taster session to the present week 5 of personal training, twice a week - Austen has pushed, encouraged and supported me with my training, diet and general all round fitness.

I was only planning on training for a few weeks, but I have loved the sessions so much that I am going to continue for as long as I can.

Sessions with Austen are brilliant, money well spent and I have definitely seen the results within a month.

I’m enjoying training with Austen he is a great personal trainer and created me a fun and effective workout routine, he has Motivated me and with his help I have lost almost a stone in 7 weeks .

I will motivate them to push themselves to the limits, set personalised programs , making sure they have perfect form helping to hit the desired muscles by teaching technique. I will also keep a track of there bodyweight, muscle mass and body fat percentage ect , tracking their progression throughout there program .

Finding out what exercises or sports you enjoy so you can keep it consistent on top of a healthy diet and lifestyle.

The thing I love most about my job is seeing people walk away happy after a great workout. I also really like weighing days, so i can see if we are going in the right direction on the scales and if not make the Necessary adjustments. 

I have always enjoyed training since the age of 15 in the gym , boxing gym , Athletics and outdoors in the summers doing body conditioning After 25+years of training, I decided to turn my passion into my work by helping everybody to achieve the fitness and strength with the knowledge I have gained . I am now a fully qualified personal trainer and have been for the last seven years. 

Together we get results and make it fun but challenging.

I can train my clients outdoors in some nice open spaces, I bring all the equipment needed, or if you perfer i work in a few gyms we can use or I could even come to your home, again ill bring equipment needed, if that’s something you would perfer .

We workout in a open space or outdoors , keeping distance if needed .
