What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to have the freedom to prioritise my clients' success above all else. In previous employed roles within large organisations, there were often conflicting agendas and limitations. By starting my own business, I have the autonomy to choose who I work with and solely focus on serving my clients' best interests. It allows me to align my agenda with theirs and fully dedicate myself to helping them succeed.

I bring a wealth of lived experience, having worked in various roles and risen from junior to senior leadership positions. I have personally experienced burnout and a breakdown, and through my own journey of improvement, I have gained valuable insights to help others.
Additionally, I have started my own businesses and have assisted numerous individuals in achieving their vision of success and living their purpose. I have helped clients gain promotions, navigate career changes, and even start their own businesses.

Yes, absolutely! I offer my coaching services online or remotely, which provides convenience and flexibility for clients. I utilise various platforms such as MS Teams, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet to conduct virtual sessions. This approach allows me to keep costs down and provide affordable options for clients.

However, I am also more than happy to meet face-to-face if that works better for you. I enjoy being in the company of others and find that walking meetings or coffee meetings can provide a fresh perspective and an effective environment for our discussions.

I am based near Manchester and can travel to most parts of the country if needed. Please note that travel expenses may apply, unless I happen to be in your area at the time. Rest assured, I will always work with you to find the most suitable and convenient arrangement for our sessions.

To ensure the safety and well-being of my clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have made several changes to adapt to the current situation. Firstly, the majority of my meetings are now conducted remotely and virtually, eliminating the need for in-person contact.

This includes practising good hygiene, maintaining social distancing measures, and staying informed about the latest developments and safety guidelines provided by health authorities.
