Had a Sunday lunch to celebrate our birthdays. The free glasses of champagne were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. This was our first experience of what was to be a most enjoyable experience . Stayed here on business and it was a gorgeous place . Booked my wife in for a massage at the Spa, a manicure and then lunch for us both. A nice place, clean, friendly and polite staff. Lunch was well prepared and nice. My only negative is the cost of using the pool and sauna, you have to buy a day pass, that gives you access to the pool and the gym, at a cost of £25, which if you just want a swim whilst a friend or wife has a massage, is a bit steep. You never know what you are going to experience whenever you book a hotel or spa. From the first contact via email to our stay, I cannot fault All Saints Hotel. The staff are thoughtful, attentive (but not on top of you all the time). They have been so helpful and accommodating through booking and also during our stay. The setting is beautiful, the hotel is spotless. The food is to die for, beautiful freshly prepared and using seasonal food. I haven't had such a gorgeous meal in a while. You have everything you could possibly want in your room. The U Thyme Spa is beautifully appointed and the staff there are brilliant, professional, thoughtful and attentive. I really cannot praise this hotel and spa highly enough. I booked the spa break for myself and my adorable female family so we could make some special memories and spend some valuable time together as busy lives and geography make it hard to spend as much time together as we would like. We have all loved it. It's also very competitive on cost too. We are certainly planning a return visit soon. The hotel hasn't long been under new ownership and they deserve to be successful. Customer service is the best I’ve EVER experienced. All staff are super polite, friendly, helpful & accommodating! Delicious, beautifully presented food. Rooms are simply decorated but large and very comfortable. Best night’s sleep away from home I’ve had in years as the beds are superb. The Spa is a stunning. We got married at All Saints Hotel on the 15th June 2019 and we had such an amazing day! Everything was well organised and nothing was too much trouble. What can we say, from when we met the lovely Hannah, then Ashley who helped us what we needed for the day and the fantastic Faye who made sure the wedding was 100% perfect and on point! We got married here on the 16th March, and what a fantastic experience we, and each and every one of our guests had! Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived the day before the wedding, to departing the morning after. From emergency nail repairs to hosting our guests, a superb wedding breakfast, and smooth timings throughout the day, Faye and the team removed all of the stress from our day, meaning we felt totally comfortable sitting back and relaxing with our guests knowing that we were all in safe hands. I visited All saints hotel two times last year once sadly after my mums funeral for which they provided a wonderful spread the service was amazing and the staff so very professional. The second timed we stayed the night in the most amazing suite spotlessly clean quiet and so comfortable the best hotel we have ever stayed in five star the breakfast the following morning can only be described as amazing the best breakfast anywhere eggs Benedict top class a stay there will not disappoint. Over the last 2 years I have had the pleasure of staying here most weeks due to work. This week was my last. The whole staff team have been amazing and I’d even go as far as saying some have become friends.
