When I started my healing journey with Alex last year, I was a wounded child, trapped in my inner world of overwhelming emotions. Alex has guided me gently throughout 10 sessions. She has gone above and beyond making sure that I feel comfortable and supported at each meeting also between sessions.
Alex is the most attentive listener I have ever met, with incredible knowledge and skillset. She is capable of giving full attention to the present moment, her beautiful spiritual soul is inspiring.

We think we know who we are and what we can do with our lives, but we’re often blind to the straitjackets we create for ourselves that limit our potential. We feel those limits only when we recognize that something isn’t right and what we’re doing isn’t what we yearn to do.

Alex helped me through a challenging career transition. She helped me see myself authentically as others see me, and to recognize ways in which I’d been limiting my potential. Through a series of mindfulness exercises, Alex helped me see a path forward. It was a remarkable experience because once I had a vision of the future, things just started to fall easily into place in my life and my career - as easy and as pleasant as coasting downhill on a bicycle.
