Came by within a week to help uninstall and fit in 2x bathroom extractor fans, and also removed an old built in fan heater. All done quickly. They are responsive, professional and courteous throughout, from calling to book in, to letting me know the allocated slot they will come on the agreed date, giving me a call in advance when they are enroute and completing the work. They kept the area clean and tidied up after themselves by taking all uninstalled old parts out with them to be disposed. I am very impressed with them. I called regarding a broken siphon mechanism in my toilet cistern (wouldn't flush). Anand was very responsive and communicated well, detailing the options available to me and their likely cost, timescale and potential issues. Although he was able to order the correct replacement part, problems with the supplier caused a few days' delay (not Anand's fault). Anand was incredible and I could not rate him more highly. At 11pm, I felt heat behind the cooker on the wall and couldn’t understand why the heat was increasing despite electricity being turned off so I called AJ. Anand came and removed the cooker to reveal the gas valve was on fire!!! It was a small flame but one which left could have had major consequences!
