Every client is different, meaning every way we approach our training is different. I start with a consultation to find their needs and goals and from their we together workout a plan that will work well for them - be it just training, or the full package.

Keeping focused - it take a lot of hard work to stay fit and healthy, but that doesn't mean it's not fun!

I love working for myself, choosing my own hours and pushing myself in new directions.
