PT sessions with Andy have been exactly what I needed following the birth of my second child. It has been fantastic for my physical health and shape but had an even greater impact on my mental health. After post natal depression with my first child I knew I had to be proactive this time around so got in contact with Andy and haven't looked back. Andy approaches your health, wellbeing and fitness with a holistic perspective. He ensure that he understands your individual needs; an initial consultation and ongoing reviews ensure the right fit for your capability and goals. I would recommend his services to anyone who really wants to improve their wellbeing. I have made some simple changes to my diet following Andy’s nutritional guidance and succeeded in losing 3 stone. Exercise is often physically challenging for me - I have mild scoliosis, the consequence of a car accident. Andy monitors my progress in every session, expertly adapting the programme using well-researched training techniques to adjust to my frequently changing limitations. Using remedial massage therapy Andy has relieved long-standing muscle constraints which, combined with my personalised training plan, has improved my range of movement and flexibility. I’ve been working with Andy for 6 months now, I’ve lost 2 stone and I’m so much fitter, I’m running 5k now (couldn’t run 100m when I started) and throughout Andy has been positive and encouraging, I hadn’t been to a gym for years but with Andy’s help I feel confident I’ve made a change for life to keep getting fitter and stronger, thank you!

Just completed self-defence course (10 sessions) with Andy and it was a great experience. I really enjoyed it and now I am more confidante. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I needed to learn this type of martial art but after almost two sessions I realized its importance specially for me as a female. I never tried this before, I have zero experience but I highly recommend it specially with Andy.Andy is a nice guy very patient, VERY patient, motivator, and PROFESSIONAL. Highly recommend Andy, his workouts suited me perfectly and found him to be encouraging and highly motivating whilst working out.

I have been working with Andy Ibrahim now for a number of months and I have nothing but good things to say about him as a professional, as a motivator (to someone rather unmotivated like me) and as a person. He is hugely knowledgeable on 'getting fit', nutrition and martial arts (he teaches Wing Chun and just came back from a refresher course in Kowloon). One of the things I find most fascinating about him and his way of teaching is that despite the rigorous nature of our training sessions, his mind and manner are so calm that I come away from our sessions physically "bushed" but feeling calmer, more focussed and less stressed. He has a way of pushing me close to my limit without exceeding it.
Andy always tries his best to fit in around my schedule so that our sessions have the least impact on my time-table -which is over-full already, so he will come early morning, or evening or on a saturday.
There has been a significant, measurable change in my level of fitness, tone and general physical flexibility as a result of our sessions. The changes were noticeable within the first 4 weeks. (2 sessions a week).

I had been going to the gym, and had lost a few inches and some weight, but had plateaued, and was lacking motivation. After 6 weeks with Andy, I felt incredible and even friends and family commented on my toned figure! I would highly recommend him!

Andy is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. He is dedicated to helping me achieve my goals and with all of his experience and expertise, after only 6 weeks I have noticed a massive difference in my fitness that has already been commented on by my friends. Not only is he very experienced but he is also such a nice and friendly person and as such I look forward to training every week. I've had 6 sessions with Andy so far. He was great right from the start. He wasn't at all judgemental, he was encouraging and made me feel that I could achieve something. .... and I did...... I went home with a smile on my face. I feel so much better already. I have more energy, I've lost weight, my mood has lifted and I really do believe it's down to exercise. I couldn't have done this without Andy. Personal trainers are not cheap, but for me it's worth every penny. He has given me structure to my exercise plan and the knowledge to carry it over into everyday life. More...
