How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Roof type. Construction type and floor type. Asbestos roofs will need to be replaced and garages with no cavity will need external cavities
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Checking the roof and making areas water tight
Creating new floors and ensuring insulating is installed, cavities installed correct insulation, this included removal of door and new windrows installed, new internal walls. Power or plumbing supplies 1st fix,internal walls plastered and then 2nd fix works
