Came today on a Bank Holiday - was here in about 15 minutes. Really honest and upfront guy, told us how much it would cost before and didn't make extra work so he could charge us more. Would highly recommend!

Called yesterday morning as door was sticking intermittently and locking us in/out of the building. Kain was here by midday and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. First class service. Rang Kain to ask advice about securing our house after purchase. He arrived 30 minutes later replaced the locks and secured two windows all with the minimum of fuss. Needed locks changing in an emergency. Went for Adey Locksmiths after seeing all the 5 star reviews an they were absolutely right. Within 20 minutes of speaking to Kain the locks were changed. We did have an appointment for the following day but Kain was in the area and got everything sorted straight away. Really genuine and helpful, would absolutely recommend this company. Did a decent job, and was very polite and personable. Arrive for the job as soon as he could be kept me informed.

Returned home today to find the front door wouldn’t lock. Used Google to find a local locksmith and Adey Locksmiths caught my attention as he is based in Halesowen. He arrived exactly when he said he would and explained about the fault with the lock. He checked the door thoroughly, we needed the barrel changed, he recommended an anti snap lock which we didn’t have. He fitted that in an efficient manner and the the cost was reasonable; no call out charge, no hidden extras, just his time and the lock. I was so pleased to have it sorted without stress.
