I am BACP, BAPCA, PTUK & BPS registered and have over 20 years counselling experience in a number of settings including government departments, charitable organisations as well as private practice.

What do you love most about your job?
Therapeutic change is a wonderful experience. It is a true joy to be part of my client's process as they grow, change and find new enlightenment and positive direction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a private practice and am Director of Services for a local non-profit organisation offering counselling and emotional wellbeing services for children, young people and families.
I enjoy being able to support clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, rather than a narrow field specific to the organisation that I work for.

I hold BA(Hons) Person-Centred Counselling, CSCT Adv Cert CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy & Humanistic Therapy. VACTS accredited alcohol & substance misuse counsellor, CRUSE Bereavement Care accredited bereavement counsellor, Cert Clinical Supervision
I have in excess of 20 years' counselling experience.
