Trained with Nathan on thai boxing fitness. Really good on improving techniques and fitness. Nathan is very motivational to get the best out of me. Highly recommended!

First personal training experience and it went far beyond my expectations, training with Nathan is hard but so fun, he is amazingly professional and able to build a personal relationship with clients.

He made me gain confidence and believe in my potential, he made me think again about my strength and limits and I'm very very thankful to him and the training he gave me.

Having recently got in to the fitness game, I was recommended Active-Rebel by a friend. Called up and spoke to Nathan who was as friendly as you like. Told Nathan what I was trying to achieve and after a bit of a chat booked a few sessions with him.Having a tailored program to follow has made my gym time more efficient and effective. On top of this, Nathan has been brilliant at getting "one more rep" out of me and motivating me to keep going without extending my breaks. Even after just a couple sessions I'm seeing a difference in my training.Cannot recommend Nathan highly enough and am excited to give his Muay Thai Fitness sessions ago soon. More...

Nathan is Committed, Passionate and Insightful. Having become sick of the ever growing variations in workouts and elaborate cable machines, Nathans ability to revitalize my training is nothing short of a miracle. I have seen a considerable increase in muscle mass and drop in body fat since starting the sessions. Nathan has also helped me target muscles that for years I have struggled with to much success. “Your body is a temple Guille” rang true from our first session and it's profoundness I take with me everyday.I have also recently started swapping sessions to Muay Thai as it looked like a fun way to workout and it has been fantastic! Nathan is fantastic! Great to find a personal trainer in north Leeds that can work to my abilities. Being quite new to fitness he has introduced me to loads of exercises that are simple but I can do almost anywhere. It's great that Nathan travels to you and i've loved the sessions we have had in the park. Nathan is worth every penny. I was up in Leeds to sample the local craft beer scene and was referred to Active-Rebel by a friend (a beer aficionado and exercise enthusiast). I sadly don't live in Leeds so am not sure when I will get the chance to train again but it was a fantastic session and I will be incorporating the techniques into my own workouts back home. Would highly recommend training with Nathan. He has committed a lot of time to understanding my fitness aims and goals and working on a really detailed training plan that we can work on together in sessions and for me to follow on my own. Nathan has worked around my busy lifestyle to fit in suitable times for us to train and always has so much energy which really helps me push myself. I help my clients by motivating them and through working alongside them! I like my clients to be as involved in their training as possible so I love it when they have questions about their workouts and programs. I make sure I listen to my clients needs and not just what PT's often think they need. I always make sure I work to my clients ability :)

Knowing the needs of your own body. Everyone is unique and reacts differently to food and exercise. Making sure you are performing the right exercises for your needs and eating to complement this you will see and achieve results. Though it's no "secret", you will need dedication and a good amount of sweat (maybe some tears) if you are going to get that body of your dreams.

Every client I meet and train with is different. I love creating programs and workouts specific to them so they are are getting the most out of themselves. I love setting goals for people and then working alongside them to achieve and surpass their expectations!

I wanted the free reign to work with whoever, whenever and wherever! Being a PT is tough at times but motivating clients and seeing them surprise themselves with what they can achieve is so amazing.

I have a variety of experiences both in life and within the fitness and health industry. This helps me relate to a lot of the people I work with and allows us to create a unique and easy going PT - Client relationship. I also young and motivated to work as hard as I can while I can :)
