The best part of my work as a coach is seeing clients grow in their confidence and their capability, and see them achieve the results they were looking for. Quite simply it was conversation on a flight to Istanbul!! Long story short, I discovered the huge impact I could have when bringing the leadership strategies I learned in my corporate career to SME leaders with their ability to implement at pace.

Most of my coaching is now remote via video link - typically using Zoom or Teams. This works well for individual one-to-one coaching and also group coaching. For team facilitation there are great tools to make this as interactive as possible - the chat box, video, share screen, white board, and breakout rooms. I design the individual programme to meet the needs of the client / team, and also so that they can be delivered online, where needed.

For in-person coaching, this can be at our offices in High Wycombe or for group facilitation this may be at the clients office. At our office, we have followed the 'COVID Secure' protocols, we have regular cleaning, wipe doors handles etc before each visitor, have hand sanitiser at the entrance and on tables, and have a clear plastic screen separating the coach and coachee.

Helen supports Corporate Executives and SME Leaders to unlock their full capability through a structured personal development programme of coaching. The 4 key steps to this proven approach are as follows:-

a) We begin with understanding the goals of the leader - their personal goals, and if relevant the goals of their sponsoring employer.

b) If appropriate, Helen conducts a detailed 360 degree feedback research, speaking to the coachees' team, manager, peers and even customers. This gives a true picture of the starting point and the opportunity for personal growth, as seen by others.

c) We develop a clear action plan consisting of recommended personal learning (books, video's etc), coaching sessions, and identifying opportunities to put the learning into practice.

d) With regular reviews, we make sure that the coaching programme is having the desired impact, creating growth and results for the participating leader.

Having a clear business plan is an essential tool for sustainable business growth, and critical for those who are ultimately looking to sell or franchise their business.

Using our bespoke ActionPLAN software, we support business owners to create a holistic business plan that covers not only the financial revenue and cost plan, but also the marketing and sales plans that will drive the revenue growth, and the team and operations plans that enable the fulfilment of those sales. The result is a solid 5 year business plan that you, the business owner, understand, follow, update and put into practice. In our opinion, a business plan written by someone else isn't worth the paper it's written on! As the leader, you need to understand the assumptions behind the numbers, appreciate the interdependencies - and you can do this best by getting into it yourself. Absolutely we'll be supporting and guiding you through the process, offering you the benefit of our advice and experience from helping many others through this process.

For a fixed of £1500 +VAT we will teach you our unique, time-saving process for hiring fantastic new team members with the skills and attitude that fit your business. We will hand hold you through the process for your first hire, and then you can use this same methodology again and again for all your future hires, saving you the need to pay expensive recruitment fees ever again.

In our experience, business owners are typically real experts in the activity of their business (e.g. architecture, design, marketing, retailing, engineering), but NOT necessarily in the business of running a business! That's where we come in! We partner with SME business owners and guide you with proven tools and templates to get all the key functions of business working effectively in YOUR business. We'll cover lead generation, your sales process, your time mastery, your financial management, your team management etc. We work one-to-one and in group settings, with group programmes starting from £150 per month to 1-to-1 coaching of multiple board members at £3,000+ per month. Wherever you are in your business journey, we can develop a programme to suit you.
