I have been doing BodyBlitz with Brigitte for 1 month now and I love them. It is so convenient to do them in the comfort of your own home and still get personalised feedback on form etc. Brigitte is very motivating and keeps classes interesting with new material every time. All our sessions are carefully designed exercise programme based on Sport Science and Sport Psychology to achieve best results safely and professionally.

I will be with you all along, providing personalised professional coaching and helping you with eliminate any hurdles along the way, such as doubts, limiting beliefs, or lack of motivation, and will keep tou focused and on target for your goal.

I find it really rewarding to help people to achieve their goals, and live active, happy and well lives.

I have always been passionate about sport and fitness. I have acquired extensive experience and expertise over the last 10 years that I love sharing with my clients in order for them to achieve their goals.

I offer professional coaching, based on Sport Science academic research and over 10 years of experience. I also teach at the University of Edinburgh and am always on the pulse with latest Sport Science research. My sessions are always personalised, with lots of variety and fun!

Services

Personal Training - Coaching that goes the extra mile. Personal Training sessions provide you with a flexible and fully personalised training programme. These are a great way of getting fit, whether you are just getting started or are ready to lift your fitness to the next level. Also useful when you had injuries in the past, or when you are training for an event. Personal Training will give you a fully personalised programme ideally over 6 or 12 weeks, after which we will review your progress and decide next steps. BootCamp - Where BootCamp meets Personal Training. Our BootCamps are a great way of getting fit, raising your fitness to the next level, and maintaining your fitness long-term. We always start with a free PT consultation for all new members so we get to know you and your fitness goals - this is our commitment to being able to coach you the best possible way. BootCamps are suitable for all levels and there is no previous experience needed! We always offer variations and progressions for all exercises so that you can work out at your level - whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete! Lots of variety, lots of like minded people, and lots of fun means it is easy to stay motivated and keep progressing, making these classes an amazing way to get and stay fit! Running Training - Professional running coaching for everyone. Whether you are new to running or a seasoned runner, this weekly class is for you! We work on improving running technique, speed, agility, and running strength to have you enjoy running safely and injury-free, and get faster and run for longer. Holiday BootCamps - Stay fit during holidays and have fun with the kids.
Stay fit during school holidays and bring the kids to BootCamp!
