DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!
I will be seeing these guys in the small claims courts.
These are one of those cowboy scam companies that over promise for you to book their services and then go back on their word AFTER you have booked and invoice you anyway.
They charge a call out fee which is acceptable but then state if it is better or cheaper to buy a new machine they can sell you a machine OF YOUR CHOICE and not charge the callout fee if you buy through them. Seems fair enough...
They go on to say the machine price will not be much more than the online price.
You trust them, you book and then when they advise it is better to buy a new washer they try to charge you £448.00 for a washer dryer that you dont want - didn't agree to, when the model you identified to them BEFORE making the booking costs £299.00
This agreement was the basis of the booking
Without it there would be no booking.

The guys from Ace Appliances came out to try and repair my broken fridge freezer very quickly. The fridge was beyond repair. They kindly lent me a fridge freezer while they ordered a new one. Oven not heating up although both fan & grill worked. Rang Ace Appliance Centre to book an appointment for someone to come & have a look. Very friendly & helpful service, they sent an engineer the same afternoon who fixed the problem (heating element cracked). The engineer was very efficient & everything was sorted in about 30 minutes. The service we received from Ace Appliance was brilliant. Not only is the team highly competent, extremely professional and very personable, they also went above and beyond with moving furniture and coming back when I had a few concerns. The project started as just a boiler replacement, however, it soon became clear that the radiators, due to age, needed to be replaced. Rather than leaving us without heating, they were able to reschedule a few things and get the radiators fitted within two days. Greg and his team were amazing from the get go. I got Greg's number from the "Next Door App" and he was highly recommended on there. The first telephone conversation was reassuring and Greg booked me in first thing in the morning. When his guy arrived he was professional and pinpointed the problem with my washing machine with ease. I contacted Ace in regard to my faulty 8yr old dishwasher. They responded very quickly and worked efficiently to diagnose the fault. I was very disappointed with the service from Ace. On the first visit he replaced the door locking mechanism - it took less than 20 minutes and charged £73. 2 weeks later the wash-machine broke down again - he replaced the brushes - another £70 for a 20 minute job. 2 weeks later the machine broke down again. This time the engineer has refused to answer my calls! More...
