Our thirst for knowledge is a key factor here. The ability for constant improvement is something that keeps our passion alive and also gives us the confidence required when finding a solution for a certain service.

We are always near-by and we are able to provide same-day services. We have warranty for all our service, some of them with up-to 5 years.

Unfortunately, we can't carry out a treatment online but our lines are always open for any enquiries our customers can possibly have. From insect identification to suspicion on rodent activity- we will be happy to help.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are doing our best to keep the pest technicians, respectively our customers, safe from the COVID-19 virus. We are very diligent in keeping excellent levels of hygiene, whilst strictly following all best practices to reduce the risk of getting infected, issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the UK Government and the NHS. Our pest technicians’ health is being monitored on a daily basis, making sure that they can serve our customers and protect the community from pest issues. The technicians wear protective gear before they enter any property, keeping at least 2 meters away from the customer they serve.
Chemical Treatment against Bedbugs
Treatment with 2 visits included. Usually involves different types of insecticides to make sure no resistance is present.
Heat Treatment against moths/ carpet beetles/ bed bugs
Most efficient and eco-friendly treatment where the infested rooms are heated up to 60 degrees for a couple of hours and until full insect eradication.
Steam Treatment against bed bugs/ crawling insects/ all types of mites/ beetles
Steam can easily reach every small crack, gap, and crevice and will eradicate every established nest with dry steam, coming out at up to 198 degrees.
Treatment against rats
As per the company name, we bring the fight against rodents to a higher level. From the tiniest borescope cameras, motion detection cameras with live streaming and 24/7 monitored smart rodent traps, to professional CCTV Drain Survey and repair works, no rat issue will be left unsolved with us.
Mice Treatment
Usually includes 2 visits and a month warranty.
Treatment against crawling insects
No matter if it's an Oriental Cockroach, Confused Flour Beetle, or Woodlice that bothers you, our professional technicians will carry out a full property inspection, will discuss the scope of the problem with you and will advise on the best method to deal with the problem.
CCTV Drain Survey
As proud members of the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC), we provide professional drain surveys not only when rodent issues are present. We are often contacted by customers when a New Home Buyer report is required. Using the latest generation 360 Pan & Tilt camera, nothing can be missed and not mapped/ coded after the survey.
