How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The loft height has to be considered. Minimunm height has to be archived 2.m

1st stage removal of any access materials
Additional joist floor for loft without distrubing the old floor/celings new rafters if there is truss roof. 150 mm kingspan insolation to get u velue
Dorner windows or. Velux windows for neutral light
Water inlet and dischage outlets
Electrical connections for lights and switches
Vapour barrier
Fire rated platersboards
Fire rated doors @ frist floor and loft rooms
