About

Hi. My name is Alex and I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Football coach and I also have have a degree in Sport Science and Exercise. I have over 4 years experience in health and exercise and all my advice will be backed by sport science articles.

No matter what your goals are together we will achieve them. I will make training fun but demanding at the same time. No training session will be the same. We can do circuit training, kettle-bells training, endurance and muscle training.

Exercise is really important but diet is also because gaining muscle or losing fat is done in the kitchen. I will be looking at your diet and give you advice on what you should eat to reach your goals.

We can exercise in a park near where you live or in your own garden if that's more convenient for you.

We can also train via zoom or teams.

I will also create a personalised fitness plan based on your own fitness levels, limitations, preference and injuries.

The area I'm covering for 1on1 football coaching is Heathrow area.
