Couples Counselling

Lisa was very easy to talk to and was in judgemental. She gave us an opportunity to both chat to someone who didn’t have any motive other to help us resolve issues.

Q&As

I love the fact that I help people overcome obstacles that they face, or things that are stopping them from getting on with their lives. Then seeing them working out their worries and start developing, growing and moving on.

I've always been a people person, and was told so many times "you should be a Counsellor"....well I became one, and it's the best thing I ever did.

If you're looking for a relaxed, informal and comfortable atmosphere, with a pinch of humour thrown in, then I'm for you.

My sessions are held either by telephone or video call through Zoom, Whats App or Facetime. It's entirely up to the individual and what they are more comfortable with.
